煅烧工艺对溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备的(Ni_(0.21)Zn_(0.58)Cu_(0.23))Fe_(1.95)O_4铁氧体磁性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备(Ni0.21Zn0.58Cu0.23)Fe1.95O4铁氧体,研究了煅烧工艺对(Ni0.21Zn0.58Cu0.23)Fe1.95O4铁氧体品质因数及相关磁性能的影响。结果表明,730℃煅烧可以有效地降低不充分燃烧中出现的杂质相,促进烧结过程中的固相反应,形成高密度和理想显微组织,提高磁性能。在1MHz频率下,煅烧样品的品质因数高达135,为未煅烧样品的4倍多。 (Ni0. 21Zn0. 58 Cu0. 23 ) Fe1. 95O4 ferrite was successfully prepared through sol-gel self-propagation. The effects of calcinations on the magnetic properties of Ni0. 21Zn0. 58 Cu0. 23 ) Fe1. 95O4 ferrite were investigated. The experimental results show that calcinations at 730℃ were the most effective to reduce residual phases arising from the inadequate combustion, promoting solid reaction during sintering and leading to denser and more uniform microstructure. With calcinations, the magnetic properties of the ferrite, especially the quality factor, were significantly improved. At the frequency of 1MHz, the quality factor of sintered ferrite with calcinations was about 135, which was almost four times as that without calcinations.
