摘要
研究了树枝状大分子PAMAM(G=4)外围氨基与脂肪酸的自组装行为;同时研究了为PAMAM(G=4)树状大分子所包裹的荧光客体分子PHL和RB通过上述树状大分子的表面修饰实现由水相向油相的转移以及在非极性正己烷相中的紫外及荧光性能,发现当十二酸浓度为10%时,41%的PHL分子和几乎100%的RB分子可由水相转移到正己烷相,且这些被包裹在自组装体系中的染料分子的荧光未被猝灭。
The self-assemble properties between the fatty acid and the peripheral amino of the PAMAM( G= 4) dendrimer were studied,the UV and the fluorescent properties of the encapsulated fluorescent dyes in the hexane were also studied,the results show that when the concentration of the dodecanoic acid is 10%,the number of PHL and RB those have been transferred into the hexane is 41% and 100% respectively. The fluorescent of these encapsulated fluorescent dyes in this self-assemble system can't be quenched.
