区域性动脉灌注联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌20例临床疗效观察

The observation of the clinical curative effect of the regional artery perfusion combined chemotherapy curing the terminal cancer of pancreas

目的:评价区域性动脉灌注联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:对20例经手术或病理证实的胰腺癌患者采用5-Fu+MMc+健泽联合化疗方案,采用介入方法作区域性动脉灌注化疗。结果:20例可评价疗效者PR2例、MR5例、SD11例、PD2例,临床受益反应评价有效率为65%。死亡7例,平均生存期为11.8个月。另13例已存活2～24个月,所有患者未出现严重毒副作用。结论:区域性动脉灌注联合化疗可缓解晚期胰腺癌患者癌性疼痛,改变患者一般状态,提高生存质量,延长生存期,且病人耐受良好。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the regional artery perfusion combined chemotherapy curing the terminal cancer of pancreas. Method 20 examples who have the cancer of pancreas by the operation and pathology validation was treated with 5-Fu＋MMc＋Jian Ze combined chemotherapy scheme,and the intervention method to do the regional artery perfusion chemotherapy. Result In 20 examples of sufferers who can evaluate the curative effect, two examples are PR, five examples are MR, eleven examples are SD, two examples are PD, the effective ratio of the clinical benifical-reflected evaluation is 65%,and seven examples are dead, the average survival time is 11.8 months. Other 13 examples have survived for 2-24 months, all the sufferers haven＇t had the serious toxious side-effect yet. Conclusion The regional artery perfusion combined chemotherapy can remit the cancerous ache of the sufferers who have got the terminal cancer of pancreas, and change the general state of the sufferers, advance the survival qualities, prolong the survival time and the tolerance of the sufferers is nicer.
