加强中俄经贸科技合作促进内蒙古边境贸易发展

Strengthening Sino-Russia Trading and Technology Cooperation,Promoting Further Development of Border Trade in Inner Mongolia

近年来,由于双方的共同努力,中俄经贸合作已经进入一个快速发展阶段。与此同时,我们也应看到边境贸易还存在很多制约其深入发展的因素,其中一个重要因素就是缺乏高科技大项目作依托,贸易产品的科技含量低。因此,我们需要与俄罗斯加强科技交流和科技贸易,以此促进内蒙古自治区边境贸易深入发展。

In the recent years,due to the joint efforts of both sides, the trading cooperation between China and Russia has come into a rapid developing stage. At the same time, we should also realize that there still exist many factors that restrict its further development,especially lack of large hightech project to support, the low technological content of the trading products. Therefore, we should strngthen scientific and technological exchanges with Russia to promote further development of border trade in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
