本文分析了法国、荷兰等国家的农业科技体制中相关国家农业科研机构设置、农业科研机制与投入的最新变化,总结其农业科技体制建立及其改革的经验,针对当前我国农业科技体制改革的现状及存在的问题提出几点建议,为加快我国国家农业科技创新体系的建设,完善我国农业科技创新体系,提供参考依据。

This essay analyzes the newest changes of the agricultural research organization construction,agricultural research mechanism and input in the agricultural science and technology system of such countries as France, Holland, etc. It summarizes their system constitution of agricultural science and technology and experience of reform, proposes some suggestions according to current situation and existing problems of agricultural science and technology system reform in our country, and provides the reference for accelerating and perfecting the agricultural system construction of scientific and technical innovation of our country.
