摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化酯化合成邻苯二甲酸810酯。通过正交设计法考察了酯化温度、醇酐比、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:选择反应温度为210℃时,醇酐比为3,反应时间2 h,催化剂用量(质量分数)为2%时,邻苯二甲酸810酯的酯化率大于98.9%。
A method for synthesis of phthalic acid C8~C10 ester based on paratoluene sulfonic acid as catalyst was developed. Four influence factors were examined through orthonormal experiments; they are temperature, mole ratio of alcohol to acid, reaction time and catalyst weight. The best condition is temperature at 210 ℃ ;mole ratio 3;weight of catalyst 2 wt% of the total mass of the reactants;reaction time 2 h. Under the optimum condition,the yield was over 98.9 %.
