摘要
以长安SC7130轿车为设计对象,建立了电控机械自动变速汽车的最佳动力性换挡规律。在此基础上,针对超速挡时动力性换挡规律出现的换挡错误,从而导致汽车最高车速无法实现,以及部分油门开度下出现换挡循环的问题进行了研究,建立了修正后含超速挡的最佳动力性换挡控制规律。该换挡规律已在仿真和台架实验中进行了验证,并应用于SC7130实验样车的开发研究中。
The optimal performance shifting rules were established for Changan SC7130 car with automatic mechanical transmission system. Because SC7130 car has the overspeed gear shift, the highest vehicle speed usually could not be reached by conventional performance shifting rules, and repeated shifting will appear at some oil pedal openings. The modified overspeed gear shifting rules were tested in simulation programs and bench tests, and it has applied in research of practical driving.
