摘要
通过宏、微观检查,分析了车轴轮座断裂失效的原因,同时,利用寿命验算和模拟试验,对分析结论进行了验证。结果表明,车轴断裂的主要原因是由于压装过程涂油不当,导致轮座表面产生严重的挤压损伤并形成表层裂纹,在随后的车轴运行过程中,表层裂纹沿横截面方向扩展,造成车轴轮座发生疲劳断裂。提出了建议。
The causation of wheel seat fracture was analyzed through physical and chemical inspection, maeroseopieal and microscopical examination, at the same time, the conclusion was verified by life checking calculation and simulation experiment. According to the conclusion, primary causation of fracture was as follows: Severe extrusion damage occurred on the surface of wheel seat and surface cracks engendered because of press greasing inaptitude, then, these surface cracks propagated on cross section and caused the fatigue fracture at wheel seat. At last, for the sake of avoiding axle and wheel damage which caused by press greasing inaptitude and endangered train operation, some suggestions were given based on the conclusion in this paper.
