摘要
采用化学分析、力学性能测试和金相检验等手段,对某电站汽轮机主油泵轴的早期断裂进行了分析。结果表明,泵轴未经有效的热处理、边缘存在较大的夹杂物以及键槽未加工R角是导致泵轴断裂的主要原因。
Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and microstructure examination were used to analyze the early fracture of power plant' s turbine main oil pump shaft. The results were showed that the noneffective heat treatment, large inclusion and keyway without R angle caused the fracture of main oil pump shaft.
