摘要
元代海事法规是我国目前最早的海事法规文件。本文首次分门别类介绍了元代至元法、延佑法二个海事法规的内容，并分析了元代海事法规之特点。
The Marine laws during the Yuan Dynasty is the earliest documents on Marine-laws in China. This artical introduced for the first time, the contents of the Zhi-yuan laws and Yan-you laws, and then analysized the characteristics of these two marine documents.
