耗散结构视角下的矿业城市产业转型路径

A Study on Approach to Make institutional Reform of Mining Cities′ Industry Based on Dissipative Structure Theory

针对矿业城市产业结构现状,以耗散结构理论为依据,对政府政策、投资环境、中小企业、技术创新、人才培训等环节在产业转型中的作用进行了分析,阐述了产业耗散结构的形成机制。

The Dissipative structure is one of the achievements of complicated science theory, revealing the system evolvement rule from out-of-order to in-order. Aiming at present industrial structure of mining cities, and viewing from the dissipative structure angle, the effects of government policy, investment environment, medium-and small-sized enterprises, technological innovation, and personnel training in the process of industrial transformation of mining cities are analyzed. The forming mechanism of dissipative structure for industrial institutional reform of mining cities is also expounded.
