面对我国化工产品进出口贸易持续增长、出口产品结构逐渐改善但进出口贸易逆差局面短期不可能改变、出口产品缺乏市场竞争优势、出口市场秩序混乱、贸易环境不理想特别是欧盟REACH法规的实施等现状与问题,从政府、行业、企业三个角度提出相关的应对措施,加以分析研究。

The import and export trading of chemical products of our country is presently under such a contradictory situation of consistent increase, progressive improvement in the makeup of export product conflicted with some problems such as the temporary unchangeable trade deficit, the marketing inferiority of export products, the disorder export market and imperfect trading environment, as well as the enforcement of EU REACH Regulations. As for this, we can study it from the angle of government, the situation of this industry and enterprises aiming at finding out measures to cope with the current situation.
