翻译是指从语义到语体在译语中用最贴近而又最自然的对等语再现原语信息。语境是翻译中十分重要的因素。在寻求翻译对等的过程中,译者应该把握语境以取得能够与原文产生同样效果的译文表达。本文从语义及语体两个方面讨论了语境分析在对等翻译中的重要作用。

Translation means using closest and the most natural equivalent to present the source language in target language from semantics to stylistics. The context is the extremecly import factor in translation. In terms of seeking the equivalence, the translator should try to find the similar effect with the original context. This paper discussed the vital role that context explanation plays in equivalent translation from two aspects： semantics and stylistics.
