The only way for a newly--building regular college to avoid the problem of legal teaching is to study the development of the mode of person of ability actively. This was determined by the characteristics of legal teaching and proved by developed west countries of legal institutions. We should train our legal teaching teachers to achieve a new mode of training persons of ability. How to improve the present teaching scheme and classroom teaching method and build the basic training places of special over the problem to resolve.
