图书馆与系资料室是高校图书馆情报体系中并存的两个机构,在不同的范围内,不同程度地为教学科研服务。高校馆系共建一体化“学科文献资料中心”,既可发挥了图书馆文献信息中心的作用,又能科对文献资料进行科学管理并高效利用。

The Library and the reference room in every department, two co-existed organization in the institution Library＇s intelligence system, serve as a means of teaching and researching aspects in different scopes and degrees. The integrated documental reference rooms built by the library and all departments not only play a role in itself but also can manage and utilize these references scientifically and effectively.
