On the Sustainable Development of Ecological Modernization and Traditional Industry

充分体现传统发展观的传统工业蓬勃发展后,人与自然的对立被激化,导致了全球性的生态危机。生态现代化理念的提出源于对资源环境保护和经济社会发展之间关系的重新定位和对传统不可持续发展的现代化模式的反思与变革,本文分析和探讨了生态现代化的理论内涵以及生态现代化与可持续发展的关系,提出了传统工业生态现代化和可持续发展的策略建议。

After the booming development of traditional industry which embodies the view of traditional development, the relation of humanity antagonistic to the nature is sharpened which has caused global ecological crisis. The proposition of the principle of ecological modernization derives from the re-orientation of the relation between resource environmental protection and socio-economic development and comes from the introspection and the change of the traditional ecological modernization which requires no sustainable development. The theoretical connotation of ecological modernization and the relation between ecological modernization and sustainable development have been analyzed and explored and the tactics and proposals conceming the relation of traditional industry, ecological modernization and sustainable development have been posed.
