对高校实验室建设与管理的几点思考

随着高等教育的发展,高校实验室建设与管理面临的经费、用房、师资等矛盾日益突出。为解决这些矛盾,首先应制订切实可行的实验室建设规划,增强实验室的实力;其次,还应加大对原有实验室的改造和仪器设备的维护、保养、维修,加强实验队伍建设,建立、健全有关规章制度。
