教育改革的关键是提高教师素质

The Substance of Education Reform is to Improving Teachers' Quality

国家发展的百年大计在教育,而教育质量的好坏又在于教师素质的高低。鉴于目前我国教师素质偏低、继续教育环节薄弱的现状,笔者将从教育改革的关键是提高教师素质以及一个合格的教师应具有哪些素质等方面来谈谈自己的看法。

Education is a vital project of a country, and the education result is mainly determined by teachers＇ quality. At present, teachers of our country are comparatively in the lower level. So is the continuous education undeveloped, which need to be developed. In view of that, this thesis talks about the substance of education reform and kinds of qualifies a qualified teacher should possess.
