可持续发展是人居环境建设的 基本原则。文章根据可持续发展的原则, 将人居环境的建设从宏观上分为社会、环 境、经济要素等三方面的建设,以经营的 视角进行整体的宏观分析,以达到对人居 环境建设整体质量的正确认识。
Sustainable development is the basic principle for human settlements environmental construction. The article divides human settle ments environmental construction into the three aspects of construction of socialienvironmentalieconomic factor from macroscopic view and carries on the overall macroscopic analysis from the visual angle of management so as to gain a correct understanding of the overall quality of human settlements environmental construction.
