综合疗养因子对亚健康状态的干预作用

Intervention of Comprehensive Recuperation Factors for Subhealth State

目的充分利用疗养院所具有的综合疗养因子来干预亚健康状态。方法阐述疗养环境、海水浴、矿泉浴、治疗泥、森林浴等自然疗养因子对亚健康的影响,以及理疗技术、高压电位疗法、音乐疗法、心理疗法、中药疗法等对亚健康的干预作用和效果。结果运用综合疗养因子可以干预亚健康的发生与发展。结论提示疗养院的综合疗养因子是干预亚健康状态的主要方法。

Objective To fully use the comprehensive recuperation factors in the sanatorium for the intervention of the subhealth state. Methods The influence of the natural recuperation factors such as the recuperation environment, the sea bath, the mineral bath, the therapy mud and the forest bath on the subhealth and the intervention and the effect of the physical therapy, the high electric potential therapy, the music therapy, the psychological therapy and the traditional Chinese herbs on the subhealth were discussed, Result The comprehensive recuperation factors could be used for intervening the occurrence and the development of the subhealth. Conclusion It indicates that the comprehensive recuperation factors in the sanatorium is the principal method for the intervention of the subhealth state.
