摘要
通过定量研究,分析影响学生满意度的教学沟通因素,并找出其中主要的和相对次要的因素,结合这些因素分析目前高职院校教学沟通的状况和存在问题的原因,提出改进教学沟通的建议,以此达到提高学生满意度和教学质量的目的。
On the basis of quantitative study, the factors which influence students' satisfaction in teaching communication are analyzed, and the major and secondary factors are found out. The current status of teaching communication and the causes of existing problems in higher vocational education are presented by integrating the factors analysis. Finally, some suggestions are made for improving teaching communication in order to achieve the goal of improving students' satisfaction and teaching qualities in higher vocational education.
