参葛化瘀丸对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖和过氧化脂质含量的影响

THE EFFECT OF SHEN'GE HUAYU PILLS ON THE BLOOD-SUGAR AND SERUM LIPID PEROXIDE OF MICE WITH EXPERIMENTAL DIABETES.

首先用四氧嘧啶建造实验性糖尿病小鼠模型，然后检测参葛化瘀丸对小鼠血糖和血清过氧化脂质（ＳＬＰＯ）含量的影响。发现：参葛化瘀丸能显著降低实验性糖尿病小鼠的血糖和ＳＬＰＯ含量，并且效果等同于胰岛素。结果表明：参葛化瘀丸有显著的降血糖作用。

Bymade a model of mice of experimental diabetes , and dyobserved the effect of shen'ge huaya pills, a kind of traditional Chinese medicine on the bloodsugar and serum lipid peroxide of mice with experimental diabetes. We found that Shen'ge Huayu Pills could decrease significantly the blood-sugar and Serum lipid peroxide content of mice with experimental diabetes.
