It has been five or six years since the introduction of topic composition into the matriculation examination to institutions of higher education, however, there lies much deviation in enormous students＇ compositions just because of no mastery of the keys in writing. Pinpointing to the afore-stated difficulties, this paper has made a relative analysis from the aspects of topic examination, statement founding and outline formulation and other things just to help students grasp the essentials and step out of the misled areas in topic composition.
