英语课程的学习，不但是让学生在学习英语的过程中，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言运用能力；更是让学生在学习的过程中感受英语的魅力，开发学生的思维能力，培养学生的兴趣，磨砺学生的意志，拓展学生的情操，发展学生的个性。让学生了解自己，正确评价自我，教师在教学过程中要关注每一位学生的情感，激发学生的学习兴趣，因此要渗透《新课程标准》理念，优化教学结构。

In studying of English new course, not only students are required to gradually master the knowledge and skills of English, and to improve application ability of language in learning of English, but also to make students feel the glamour of English, to develop their thought ability, to cultivate their interests, to steel their willpower, to expand their sentiment and to develop their individual personalities. Furthermore, students should know themselves and properly evaluate themselves in their study. Teachers should pay close attention to every students＇ emotion and stimulate their learning interests in teaching process. So “Newly-designed Course Standard” concept should always be carded through in teaching English in schools so as to optimize classroom teaching＇ structure.
