CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用与结果分析

Clinical Application of Percutaneous Pulmonary Aspiration Biopsy Guided by CT

目的总结CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的临床应用。方法采用GE-Hispeed螺旋CT机,各种型号病理穿刺针及切割针对36例胸部占位性病变,实施CT引导下经皮穿刺活检术。结果病灶直径1.5cm^10cm大小,平均3.5cm。穿刺成功35例,活检阳性率100%,并发症有气胸3例,咯血1例,术后经抗炎及止血处理,气胸很快吸收,咯血停止。结论CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术成功率高,并发症少而轻,对胸部占位性病的定性诊断具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the clinical value of the application of percutaneous pulmonary aspiration biopsy guided by CT. Methods Percutaneous pulmonary aspiration biopsy guided by CT was given to 36 cases of thoracic space occupying lesions with GE-Hispeed Spiral CT and various types of pathological puncture needles and cutting needls. Results The diameter of the foci were from 1.5cm to 10cm,the average size was 3.5cm;Puncture was successfully performed in 35 cases,the biopsy positive rate was 100 % ,pneumatothorax was found in 3 cases and hemoptic in 1 case,after taking anti-inflammatory and styptic measures,pneumatothorax was absorbed soon and hemoptic stopped. Conclusions Pereutaneous pulmonary aspiration biopsy guided by CT has a high rate of success and has less or slight complications ; it＇s of great clinical significance for the confirmed diagnosis of thoracic space occupying lesions.
