颧骨复合体骨折的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Zygomatic Complex Fracture

目的对颧骨复合体骨折(Zygomatic Complex e,ZC)病例进行回顾性分析并进行临床疗效评价。方法78例颧骨复合体骨折均经术前三维CT重建检查并行经冠状切口坚强内固定治疗,术后3月随访。结果三维CT重建清楚显示骨折情况,且经冠状切口术野暴露充分,本组中优良率为96.15%。结论冠状切口适合于ZC骨折的治疗,经内固定后可以获得满意效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of zygomatic complex fractures. Methods Rigid fixation was used in 78 cases after 3D CT examination, and all patients were followed up for 3 months. Results Clear reconstruction of zygomatic complex fracture was obtained, and the operated area was widely exposed via coronal incision; the satisfactory rate of recovery was 96.15 % . Conclusions Coronal incision is suitable for the treatment of zygomatic complex fractures, and a satisfactory outcome can be achieved in the patients with ZFC.
