The ralativity of regional economic competition has been suggested. The subject of regional economic competition includes gorernment, enterprises and residents, while the objective includes the competition in the field of regional developing state, elements and circumstances. Three strategy of the regional economic competition have been suggested ：the economic precedence, the leading industry precedence and the developing speed.
