英美教育认证制度对中外合作办学管理工作的启示

The enlightenment of British & American education accreditation system on the management of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools

为了确保中外合作办学活动按照《中外合作办学条例》的要求实施,保护受教育者的合法权益,必须尽快采取合理、有效的监管措施。文章在介绍英美国家的高等教育认证制度的基础上,提出了一些观点,以期对做好中外合作办学的管理工作有所启示。

After the issue of Regulations of the People＇s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools, cooperation in running schools is forging rapidly ahead. To ensure the implement of the Regulations and protect the legal rights and interests of people who receive education, we should take reasonable and effective measures as soon as possible. On the basis of introducing of British ＆ American education accreditation system, this paper puts forward some new views, expecting to give some enlightenment to the management of cooperation in running schools.
