摘要
随着市场竞争机制作用范围的重大改变,企业竞争方式不仅表现在价格与销售的竞争上,同时更表现为企业的系统之间在远见、胆识、决策与操作能力包括伦理智慧在内的诸方面的较量。因此,企业诚信制度策略、文化策略和管理策略将决定企业未来的发展格局。
Trust game has proved an indisputable maxim for the development of corporations: treat people the way you want to be treated. The credibility of a corporation has aroused more concern among people involved than ever before. Along with the broadening range in which market competition mechanism functions corporations compete not only in the fields of price and sale, but also in the fields of foresight and creativity decision-making, operational ability, other essential ability, ethic wisdom and so forth. Thus, the future development of a corporation is mostly dependent on its credit system, cultural strategy and management strategy.
