摘要
邓小平根据冷战结束后国际形势出现的新变化 ,提出了“韬光养晦 ,有所作为 ,不扛旗 ,不当头”的外交战略思想。这一战略思想是邓小平外交思想的重要组成部分 。
After the Cold War, there have been new changes in international situations. Accordingly Mr. Deng Xiaoping raised the strategic thought “hides one＇s talent and accumulates strength, accomplish something, do not shoulder the flag and not right overhead”. The strategic thought is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Diplomatic Thought, it has great directive significance to the socialist modernization drive of our country.
