两种术式行胆囊切除对肺功能影响的比较

Study of the change of the lung function after cholecystectomy operations in celiotomy and in celioscope

我们分别选择了以剖腹和使用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的病人各３０例，其中男性备５例，女性各２５例，平均年龄分别为５０±１０岁和５０±１１岁。于术前１天和剖腹术后７天．腹腔镜术后４天测定肺功能，结果表明，两种术式术后肺功能均有损害，但使用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术对肺功能损害明显小于剖腹胆囊切除术。

In order to know the difference of the change of the lung function after cholecystectomy operation in celiotomy and in celioscope, each 30 patients who received cholecystectomy separately in celiotomy or in celioscope have been observed, in which, 5 cases were male, 25 cases were female,the average age were 50±10a and 50±11a respectively. The lung function was measured one day before and seven days after operation in celiotomy and four days after operation in celioscope. The result showed that in all patients the lung function was harmed by operation,but it is more serious in cholecystectomy patients than in celioscope patients.
