农民收入的演变及增收制约因素分析

Analysis on Evolution and Trend of Peasants' Income

通过分析改革开放以来农民收入的现状及不同阶段的特点,以山西省农村为例,找出了农业发展进入新阶段后,制约农民收入增长的主要因素是农业收入低而不稳、非农产业发展不平衡、农村劳动力素质低、农业结构不合理、农业产业化经营水平低、地域经济发展不平衡、对农业支持保护力度不够和农业科技贡献率低等。

The farmer＇s income of recent years in Shanxi Province had been put forward in this paper. According the analysis of the present farmer＇s income and different stage characteristic since reforming and opening policy had been executed, the factors had been found that restricted the farmer＇s income increasing after the agriculture entered the new stage. The agricultural income was low but not steady; the no-agriculture production development didn＇t balance, the rural labor quality wasn＇t high, the agricultural structure was irrational, the agricultural industry management was low, the region economy development didn＇t balance, the support and protection of agriculture was insufficient, the agricultural science and technology contribution to the agriculture was not enough and so on, which were the main factors that affected the farmer＇s income increasing.
