鸡传染性鼻炎的病原诊断与防治

Diagnosis & Treatment of Infectious Coryza in Chicken

从莱阳市某3鸡场4个鸡群中具有典型症状的发病鸡采集病料,进行病原分离培养、因子需要试验、血凝试验、药敏试验以及血清学试验等研究,结果表明获得的5株分离菌株为副鸡嗜血杆菌。确定病原体分离鸡群为A型或A/C型副嗜血杆菌感染所引起的传染性鼻炎。对发病鸡群和临近鸡群根据药敏试验结果,进行综合防治,取得了明显效果。

The typical symptom of infectious coryza were taken from four chickens groups of three chicken houses in Laiyang city, pathogeny isolated and cultured, factor required test, blood congeals test, medicine sensitive experiment as well as serology experiment were taken place, the result indicated that the five separations strains were Haemophillus paragallinarum. It was confirmed that the pathogeny of chicken groups was infectious coryza which caused by the A type or A/C type Haemophillus paragallinarum. According to the result of the medicine sensitive experiment of the disease chicken and the neighborhood chicken groups, good preventive result of this disease was achieved.
