摘要
构建粮食供应保障体系是做好西部退耕地区粮食供应工作的基础和前提。本文对目前西部退耕还林地区的粮食供应情况和供应保障方面存在的问题进行了分析,并结合当地的实际情况对建设粮食供应保障体系的目标和内容作了阐述,在此基础上就如何搞好西部退耕还林地区粮食供应保障体系建设提出了具体的构想。
The framework of food supply security system is the basis as well as the prerequisite for food supply in grain for green area in West China.This thesis analyzes the problems existed in food supply and supply security,illustrates the objective as well as the content of constructing food supply security system in combination with the local situation,based on this puts forward the concrete plan of food supply security system in the area where the land is converted for forestry.The aim of this thesis is to promote food security and the smooth implementation of grain for green project
