摘要
目的观察有氧健身操运动对女大学生血清中总补体活性的影响,为开展健身操运动提供实验依据。方法从南华大学护理学院2003级学生中随机抽取30名女生分成3组,即对照组、实验1组与实验2组,后两组每周分别进行1次与3次有氧健身操运动,共12周。利用50%溶血法于0、2、4、6、8、10、12周测定机体血清总补体活性。结果每周锻炼3次者,血清总补体活性出现先降低后增强的变化趋势。在第8周补体活性回复到运动前水平,第10周、12周活性增强,并维持较高水平。结论坚持运动量适中的有氧运动,能增强血清总补体的活性,提高抗病能力。
Objective To study effect of aerobic callisthenics exercise on complements activities of university female students, and to provide the experimental basis for callisthenics exercise. Methods Thirty female students of nursing school of Nanhua university, who entered in 2003 and took part in callisthenics exercise one or three times every week, were selected as the subjects trained for 12 weeks. Complements activities of the students' sera were analyzed using complement hemolysis 50% in 0,2,4,6,8, 10, 12th week. Results Complements activities of the students, who were trained in the aerobic exercise for three times every week, were decreased from the second week to sixth week but enhanced from the eighth week of aerobic exercise. Conclusion Complements activities in sera of university female students, who took part in appropriate callisthenics exercise, were enhanced.
