Effects of Pourpoint Depressants on the Wax Crystals of Shengli Crude Oil

摘要 利用X-RAY衍射、偏光显微镜和微电泳仪研究了降凝剂对原油中蜡的结晶的影响。 取得以下主要结论:从原油中分离出的蜡晶为正交晶型的晶体,晶面距为0.4156nm,结晶度 为70.5%,表现出长程有序;原油组分增大了蜡晶转化成斜方晶型的趋势,使蜡晶的晶面距 增大,蜡晶表现为短程有序,这种转化依赖于原油组分的性质和含量;降凝剂降低蜡晶体的 有序度,晶面距增大到0.4190nm,57%的蜡转化为斜方晶型;降凝剂使蜡晶带电,由于电性 排斥使蜡晶高度分散而稳定存在. The effects of pourpoint depressants on the wax crystals of Shengli crude oil are studied by using X-RAY diffraction, the polar microscope and micro-electrophoresis instruments. Results show that: wax crystals separated from crude oil are orthorhombic crystals; their interplanar spacing is 0.415nm, and their crystal degree is 70.5%, and they show long-range order. The interplanar spacing and conversion trend of wax crystals from orthorhombic crystals to hexagonal crystals are increased by components of crude oil and the wax crystals show short-range order. The converse trend of wax crystals' orthorhombic crystals to hexagonal crystals mainly depends on the properties and contents of crude oils. Pour point depressants can reduce the order degree, and increase the interplanar spacing of wax crystals to 0.4190nm. At the same time, 57% of wax crystals become hexagonal crystals. Pour point depressant can charge the wax crystal. Wax crystals exist in a steady dispersion state as a result of electric exclusion.
