摘要
为揭示尺神经在不同部位卡压与尺侧腕屈肌功能受损之间的关系,对50例尺侧腕屈肌及其神经支配做了解剖学研究。尺侧腕屈肌上部的中1/3为肌电检测的最佳部位,此处肌平均宽度29.7±2.2mm,厚度8.2±1.1mm。尺侧腕屈肌支在臂部和前臂上部由尺神经发出,其纤维均穿经时管后入肌。除时管综合征以外,胸廓出口综合征和腕尺管综合征均不会损害尺侧腕屈肌功能。为临床对该卡压征的定位诊断提供了应用要点。
For revealing the relationship between the ulnar nerve compression at different posi-tions and damage of the flexor carpi ulnaris,anatomical study of the flexor carpi ulnaris and its nerves were performed in fifty upper limbs, Being 29.7±2.2mm in width and 8.2±1.3mm in thickness,the middle third of upper part of the flexor earpi ulnaris was the ideal position for elec-tromyogram. The branehes of ulnar nerve to this muscle were sent out from the ulnar nerve in the arm and upper part of the forearm and passed through the cubital tunnel before entering the muse-le. The founetion of the flexor carpi ulnaris could be damaged in the cubital tunnel syndrome,but not in the thoracic outlet syndrome and Guyon canal syndrome,Some essential points for clinical applieation were put forward.
