摘要
因为环糊精的生物相容性和多功能性,通过改性以及各种剂型的设计,能够扩展其在医药领域的应用。本文介绍了环糊精及其衍生物在药物控制释放体系中的作用机理及特点,并结合本课题组的研究工作,综述了近年来环糊精在该领域中的应用研究进展。
Because of their bioadaptability and multi - functional characteristics, the application of cyclodxtrins in pharmaceutical field were extended by using of chemically modified cyclodextrins and design of various kinds of pharmaceutical formulations. The recent developments of application of cyclodextrins and their derivatives as carriers for drug delivery system were reviewed. The characteristics and mechanism of controlled release of cyclodentrins were also discussed.
