摘要
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace dichlovos based on its catalytic oxidation of benzidine with H2O2 in the presence of weak acidity buffer medium of citric acid and sodium citrate was investigated.The reaction formed a yellow complex,which had a maximum absorptive peak at 410 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity being 1.39×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-100μg/10mL for dichlovos.The reaction was rapid and the absorbance of complex can be stable for at least 12h.So it was applied to determine dichlovos directly.
