物业管理在中国不过短短20多年时间,它的行业变化的速度远远快于其它相对成熟的行业, 已经由“前业主时代”蜕变成“业主时代”,即使这样,对物业管理而言,不论是业主,还是物业管理的从业者, 对它的理解和熟知程度也显得相对浅薄,尤其是对“业主时代”物业管理的缺陷和完善还有待进一步研究和探讨。

Property business management has developed very quickly since its birth in China. Now, it comes the age of property owners. But the knowledge on this part is quite short for owners or workers of this line. Thus, we should study and improve the management of property business.
