摘要
森林作为地球陆地生态系统的主体,在维持区域乃至全球环境中具有不可替代的独特作用。可持续发展理论20世纪80年代末引入林业后,生态林业的发展越来越受到各个国家生态环保部门的重视。我国林业国家投资战略重点从重森工、轻营林逐步转为以营林投资为主兼顾森工,在很大重度上体现了上述观念。
As the main body of land biological system, forest plays a unique function if maintaining area or even global environment. Since the induction of continuous development theory in 1980s, biological forest industry has been paid much attention by every country. The investment focus of our forest industry has changed from emphasizing forest industry to forest planting.
