摘要
通过对高校体育人力资源的现状分析,阐述了商品经济条件下,我国高校体育教育人力资源开发与管理存在的各方面不利因素,提出了解放思想,转变观念,建立长效用人机制,健全科学的管理方法,改革教育教学方法,引入竞争机制以及加强体育教师再培训,培养全面复合型的人才的措施和建议。
Through analyzing the situation of physical education human resources in universities, the authors tell us elements about physical education human resources development and management and think we should change concepts, establish long-term talents system, reform teaching methods, introduce competitive system and strengthen teachers＇ retrain.
