我国保险理论及其创新：面向“十一五”期间的思考

China＇s Insurance Theories and Their Innovation ： An Outlook on Insurance Industry

伴随改革开放和社会主义市场经济建设的伟大实践及我国保险业的改革与发展，我国的保险理论研究与创新取得了不斐的成绩，保险理论成果对保险实践起到了十分积极的推动和指导作用。但是，在国民经济与社会发展第十一个五年规划即将全面启动、保险市场面临全面开放的重要转折时期，我国保险理论研究任重道远，其创新更是迫在眉捷。必须立足于我国时代背号，结合保险业发展的实践和保险理论状况，围绕为什么在目前，为什么在我国，为什么要围绕国民经济与社会发展的“十一五”规划等几个问题，系统分析、总结我国保险理论研究与创新现状，才能有效推进我国保险理论的深化、发展和不断创新。

With the application of the reform and opening-up policy, the construction of the socialist market economy and the reform and development of the insurance industry in China, theoretical research and innovation of the insurance sector has achieved impressive results, which have been playing very positive roles in promoting and guiding development of the industry. However, at the critical turning point of the immediate advent of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and full opening-up of the insurance market,we realized that there was still a long way to go for China＇s insurance theory research and theoretical innovation was an imminent task. We must make systematic analysis of and summarize current situations of insurance theoretical research and innovation in China and carefully reflect on the questions of why now,why in China,why the national economy and the E- leventh Five-Year plan for social development in order to effectively promote continuous development, and deepening and innovation of insurance theories in China.
