摘要
采用化学分类沉淀法处理铜箔生产中的含辞、含铬废水,控制废水的反应在不同的pH值,分别进行沉 淀后,各自泥水分离,经处理后的废水经中和后达标排放。该工艺简单、操作方便、自动化程度高。
Waste water generated from copper foil making process containing zinc and chrome can be treated through chemical classified precipitation process. Controlling the different pH of reacted wastewater, make the zinc and the chrome precipitated respectively and then separate the deposition from the wastewater so as to meet the national discharge standard. This process is simple, convenient for operation with high automation.
