水淹对钉螺卵组织化学影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE HISTOCHEMICAL CHANGES OF ONCOMELANIA SNAIL AFTER FLOODING

１９９３年４～５月．采用实验现场结合组织化学技术，观察了水淹对钉螺春季繁殖器螺卵组织化学的影响。结果表明，对照组螺卵卵胚内的ＳＤＨ、ＬＤＨ及ＣＣｏ等与细胞能量代谢有关的酶呈强阳性反应．实验组螺卵卵胚内的ＳＤＨ．ＣＣｏ，水淹第１０ｄ时降为的阳性反应（＋），３０ｄ时消失，ＬＤＨ含量在水淹在２０ｄ时未见变化，３０ｄ时降为阳性反应（＋＋），４０ｄ时消失。水淹３０ｄ的螺卵石蜡包理切片，作糖原（ＰＡＳ）反应，由强阳性变为弱阳性（＋）．综合上述结果，分析了水淹影响螺卵发育的机制。

The histochemical changes of snail eggs were observed by means of experimental field study method combinatied with histochemical techniques during April-May in 1993.The results showed that the enzymes related with energy metabolism in the embryo of the snail eggs of control group,such as SDH,LDH and CCO etc,appeared as strong positive reaction(++ +).Of the experimental group,the SDH and CCO became mild(+)at the 10th day after flooding and disappeared at the 30th day.And the LDH had the change at the 20th day,positive reaction(++)at the 30th day,no-reaction at the 40th day-PAS reaction of glycogen changed from strong(+++)to mild positive reaction(+)with paraffin wax wrapping and slicing method at the 30th day.The mechanism of impacts on the development of snail eggs by flooding was analyzed and discussed with the above results.
