摘要
目的探讨器官移植术后肺部感染的特点及治疗方案。方法对43例器官移植术后肺部感染病例进行回顾性分析结果43例中有32例检查出病原体,主要为巨细胞病毒感染和细菌感染;在加强抗生素治疗的同时还应调整免疫抑制剂和加强营养支持。结论器官移植术后肺部感染多发生在移植术后半年。早期、足量的针对病原菌正确使用抗菌药物、调整免疫抑制剂和营养支持是治疗的关键。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and treatment plan of pulmonary infections after organ transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis was undertaken for 43 cases of pulmonary infections after organ transplantation. Results Pathogen was identified in 32 of the 43 cases, mainly cytomegalovirus and bacteria. Immunosuppressive regimen should be adjusted and nutritional support enhanced on the basis of fortified antibiotic therapy. Conclusions Most of the pulmonary infections are found at about half a year after transplantation. The key of successful treatment is early and adequate antibiotic therapy targeting potential pathogens, combined with adjustment of immunosuppressive regimen and nutritional support.
