摘要
目的了解酵母菌对氟康唑的敏感性,以指导临床用药。方法利用纸片扩散法测定80株临床分离酵母菌对氟康唑的敏感性。结果菌种分布显示,白念珠菌58株,占72.5%,其余依次为热带念珠菌(11株,占13.8%)、光滑念珠菌(8株,占10.0%)和近平滑念珠菌(3株,占3.8%);药敏结果显示,热带念珠菌和白念珠菌对氟康唑的药物敏感性均较高,而光滑念珠菌的耐药性高。结论严格掌握预防用药的指征,加强真菌药敏试验至关重要。
Objective To study the susceptibility of yeasts to fluconazole. Methods The susceptibility of 80 clinical isolates of yeasts to fluconazole were determined by disk diffusion test. Results C. a lbicans was the most frequently isolated (58, 72.5 % ), followed by C. tropicalis (11, 13.8% ), C. glabrata (8, 10. 0%) and C. parapsilosis (3, 3.8% ). The results of susceptibil ity testing showed that all C. tropicalis and C. parapsilosis isolates were susceptible to fluconazole. A few C. albicans isolates and some C. glabrata strains were resistant to fluconazole. Conclusions Prophylactic use of antifungal agents must be restricted to appropriate indications. Susceptibility testing of fungi should be enhanced.
