《建设工程工程量计价规范》的颁布实施,是建设市场发展的要求,为建设工程招投标计价活动健康有序的发展提供了依据,对招投标市场进行了有力的影响,就受到的影响问题进行具体的阐述。
It is the requirement of development of construction market to issue and carry out Code of Evaluation with Bill Quantity, which provides a basis for healthily developed inviting and tendering bid activities, and forcefully effects at bidding market. This text has carried on concrete exposition on the influence.
