Herbst矫治器治疗安氏II类错牙合的应用研究

A Study of the Application of Herbst Appliance in the Treatment of Class II Malocclusion

目的研究Herbst矫治器治疗安氏II类错牙合的临床效果。方法Herbst矫治器采用Pancherz设计的完全支抗形式,选择11例安氏II类错牙合下颌后缩患者进行治疗,男4例,女7例。对比治疗前后X线头颅侧位片评价其疗效。结果ANB、OJ、OB、U1/L1、U6/PP明显减小,SNB、L1/MP、L6/MP、MP/SN明显增大。结论Herbst矫治器对治疗安氏II类下颌后缩患者能有效减小覆盖、覆牙合,明显改善患者下颌后缩的面貌。

Objective investigate the effect of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion treatment with Herbst appliance. Methods 11 Chinese children were treated by Herbst appliance. The cephalometric analysis was used to evaluate the effects of treatment. Results After treatment of Herbst, the ANB and U1/L1 angles, U6/PP, OJ and OB of the patients were decreased Significantly, the SNB, L1/MP and MP/SN angles, L6/MP of the patients were increased significantly. Conclusion The overjet overbite and profile of patients improved significantly after the treatment of Herbst.
