The Intellectual Property Barriers to Export in Ningbo and their Countermeasures

在宁波出口贸易大幅增长的同时,涉及知识产权的技术性贸易壁垒已日益成为企业出口的严重障碍。本文探讨了知识产权壁垒的基本特点,以及国外实行知识产权壁垒的常用措施,提出了宁波出口企业遭遇知识产权壁垒的应对策略。

With rapid growth of export in Ningbo, technical trade barriers that concern intellectual properties are becoming a serious obstacle toward industrial export. This paper explores the basic characters of interlectual property barriers and raises some frequently used measures to create intellectual property barriers in the foreign countries. The countermeasures against barriers intellectual properties encountered by the trade companies in Ningbo are also proposed.
